Recognizing the need to develop its personnel to ensure value added services to clients, UBSB continuously trains its personnel by conducting seminars and courses, and on the job training. As part of its local development programme, UBSB emphasizes on the transfer of technology and skill to all of its local personnel.
In addition to commitment for in-house training, UBSB extend its training to students and government personnel.
The company is committed to develop young Bruneians in the field of Quantity Surveying and is an appointed committee member of various technical institutions in Brunei.
