First Total Facilities Management Contract in Brunei
JBU-DLS provided consultancy services for the implementation of fully integrated Total Facilities Management Contract for the Ministry of Defence Headquarters Building. The project was awarded on the basis of a five years term contract to M/s Metrobina Sdn Bhd and is currently in post-contract stage. This is the first fully integrated Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract being implemented in Brunei. JBU-DLS is also providing QS consultancy services for the post-contract implementation
